User Agreement and Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the b939 website accessible at b939.app, including all associated gaming, sportsbook, payment, account management, and support functions.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits to, or wagers through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered b939 user account created in the Player's name, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account, governed by the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance or qualifying deposit must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and any other gaming or entertainment features available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by b939 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket competition and associated fixtures.

By accessing any part of the b939 Platform — including but not limited to browsing game lobbies, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first interaction with the Platform and continue to apply for the full duration of your use of b939, including after Account closure. Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of the b939 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. b939 does not permit the use of automated systems, scripts, or bots to access the Platform or accept these Terms on behalf of human players.

b939 operates a strict minimum age policy. All Players must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. b939 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

b939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon investigation of account activity. Standard verification documents include government-issued photo identification (CNIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address. Players in Pakistan may be required to submit a copy of their CNIC as part of standard KYC procedures.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their specific location before registering and using b939. b939 does not represent that the Services are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions. b939 reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Platform from specific territories or IP addresses at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Each individual natural person may hold only one b939 Account. This applies regardless of the registration details used (name, mobile number, email address, payment method, or device). Where multiple accounts are detected to be associated with the same individual, b939 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all transactions, and withhold all balances pending investigation.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration form. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and provides b939 with grounds for immediate Account termination.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. b939 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any account activity occurring through use of valid credentials is the Player's sole responsibility. Players must immediately notify b939 support at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.

All b939 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits received in alternative currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, subject to any conversion fees applicable to the specific payment method used. Withdrawals are issued in PKR to the Player's registered Pakistani payment method.

b939 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer (IBFT), UBL Bank Transfer (IBFT), Meezan Bank Transfer (IBFT), Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published in the b939 Cashier section at the time of deposit.

Players warrant that all funds deposited to b939 are lawfully obtained and that they are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using payment methods belonging to or registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to its source and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

b939 does not charge fees on incoming deposits from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast. Other methods may be subject to fees charged by the payment provider. b939 is not responsible for fees applied by the Player's bank or payment provider. All deposit amounts are credited to the Player's Account in PKR only after b939 has received confirmed settlement from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the b939 Cashier section. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used by the Player for deposits, or to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Player through the KYC process. b939 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts.

b939 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is concluded. b939 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–2 business days for IBFT bank transfers, subject to volumes and verification status.

Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed. b939 reserves the right to cap withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings in accordance with individual promotion terms.

b939 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests that: (a) exceed PKR 100,000 in a single transaction; (b) follow unusual betting patterns; (c) are from accounts with incomplete KYC documentation; or (d) are flagged by b939's anti-money laundering monitoring systems. Processing of such requests may take up to 5 business days.

b939 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, odds boosts, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and the general bonus policy set out in this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to a Player's Account must be wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements that expire are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• b939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated as combinable in the respective promotion terms.
• All bonuses on b939 are available exclusively to Players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed account registration on the Platform.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing contradictory bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting errors in bonus calculation systems, or using bonuses contrary to their intended purpose — is strictly prohibited. b939 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. Where abuse is identified, b939 will: (a) void all bonuses and associated winnings; (b) suspend the Account; and (c) withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

All RNG-based casino games (slots, table games, crash games) available on b939 use certified random number generation software that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance. Published RTP figures are accurate to the most recent audit. b939 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game session, b939 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player.

Live casino games are operated through third-party live dealer studios. b939 does not employ the live dealers directly. While b939 endeavours to ensure continuous availability of live casino tables, b939 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to live dealer games and accepts no liability for interruptions caused by third-party studio outages, internet connectivity issues, or equipment failures beyond b939's control.

Sports betting odds and markets — including PSL cricket odds, Pakistan international cricket markets, UFC, football, and other sports — are offered subject to b939's sportsbook terms. b939 reserves the right to: (a) restrict or refuse any bet at its discretion; (b) limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Players; (c) void bets placed on markets affected by integrity concerns, incorrect odds, or technical errors; and (d) suspend markets at any time prior to settlement.

Cricket bets on PSL, Pakistan internationals, and other matches are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or PSL administration as applicable). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not concluded, bets will be settled in accordance with b939's standard cricket settlement rules published in the Help section.

Minimum and maximum stake limits for all games and betting markets are as displayed within the respective game or market interface at the time of wagering. b939 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time, including setting Player-specific limits where account activity warrants it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b939 Platform. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Accounts suspended and all associated balances withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with b939.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets or generate winnings that b939 would not have offered under correct system operation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or game servers.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback fraud or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographical restrictions applied by b939.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner contrary to the intended purpose of b939's promotional offers.

b939 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform operates under the principle that gambling should be an entertainment activity conducted within each Player's personal means. b939 acknowledges that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings panel. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time-based session notifications that alert them after a defined period of continuous play. Optional automatic logout can be set alongside session alerts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible and no deposits or wagers can be made. Cooling-off periods cannot be reduced once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from b939 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business hour and result in immediate account suspension. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, b939 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications reaching the excluded Player.

All content on the b939 Platform — including but not limited to the b939 logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and the b939 brand name — is the proprietary intellectual property of b939 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of b939.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b939 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (c) damages arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or telecommunications outages beyond b939's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from a Player's gambling decisions, including any loss of Real Money Balance through wagering; or (e) any unauthorised access to a Player's Account where b939 has followed its standard security procedures.

b939's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower. This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b939 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice in exceptional circumstances.

b939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where b939 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player is under the age of 21; (d) the Player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified through KYC procedures; or (e) closing the Account is required by regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed by b939 for breach of these Terms, b939 reserves the right to withhold any or all of the Account balance pending investigation and to apply the withheld funds toward losses caused by the breach. Where an Account is voluntarily closed by the Player without any breach, b939 will process a withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding a specific bet, game outcome, bonus calculation, or Account transaction should be raised with b939 customer support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. b939 will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through b939's internal process to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under b939's international gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from b939 support upon request.

For the avoidance of doubt, any dispute relating to a bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

b939 collects, processes, stores, and protects Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting b939 at [email protected]. b939 will respond to verified data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. Certain personal data (particularly KYC documentation) may be retained for longer periods where retention is required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, regardless of Account closure.

b939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms in a meaningful way — b939 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on b939.app and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email or in-account notification.

Where changes are non-material (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law), the updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect all amendments. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b939 holds its international gaming license. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of any other applicable law, the mandatory provisions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency only, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Players acknowledge that they access the b939 Platform voluntarily and that the jurisdiction of b939's licensing authority has primacy in all gaming-related disputes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory statutory rights that Players may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
